BSL stands for British Sign Language
It is the main source of communication for thousands of deaf Britons. Not only does it differ from other sign languages such as ASL, it also has its own grammar that is different to spoken English.

How to use this site
Click on the button, which will take you to a menu page. Select a topic and then select the sign that you want to be animated. The avatar will then sign it for you. If you want to, you can zoom in on the avatar by dragging your mouse on it and change the avatar by selecting from the list under the avatar.
